MAX

Our story begins in July 2004. MAX is a family business, located in Komotini, at the 2nd km of Komotini-Symbolon road. The company is run by food technologist Amet Erol and his wife Yakup Yasemin. 

The company produces ayran, with a pleasant cool taste, which will be loved by those who know the traditional taste of the product.

All MAX products are made with local milk from Rodopi and Xanthi and are distributed in Rodopi, Xanthi, Evros, Thessaloniki and other regions of Greece. 

The company also produces fine yogurt and kefir but also spreads such as cheese salad, eggplant salad, tzatziki, and others. 

It also has a branch in the Municipal Market and employs 12 employees.
