Rodopi Chamber of Trades and Crafts

The Rodopi of Trades and Crafts was established by the Royal Decree of May 29 / June 19, 1939, and is a legal person governed by public law that operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Development.

The flexibility of its legal form combined with its elected administration from representatives of its members, makes it the most competent body for the representation of the professional and small craft businesses of Rodopi to the State.

As an established advisory and consulting organization, it adopts opinions and submits memoranda to the State and the competent bodies with substantiated proposals and views aimed at addressing the problems of the businesses it represents and the national economy as a whole.

At the same time, it participates with representatives in committees of general and special interest aiming at protecting the interests of the productive classes of the region it represents.

Members of the Chamber include all small and medium-sized processing, trading, and service businesses based in the Rodopi region.
