Each product comes with a very interesting story. A flavorful journey that starts from the Karamanlides of Cappadocia, at the end of the 17th century, continues in Ayiasi of Asia Minor and ends today at the foot of Falakro Mountain, in Prosotsani, Drama.

Having as a valuable legacy the technique of making pastirma, today, the fourth generation continues the family tradition. Pastirmas, soutzoukia, with authentic Karamanlidika recipes, along with a series of original culinary proposals.
